I highly recommend KSN Construction. I recently had my kitchen remodeled and met with two other contractors before KSN, but the fit didn’t seem right. I’m so glad I waited. The owner was terrific to work with – a great project manager who kept me well-informed throughout the process and was always responsive. He was also a perfectionist craftsman; for the work he didn’t do himself he had a handpicked team who demonstrated the same professionalism and attention to detail. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and with my new kitchen. I will definitely use KSN for future projects.

I worked with KSN Construction for a few months to remodel my home which was unfinished by my previous contractor. Leo and KSN Construction have far exceeded my expectations. They stayed with me from start to finish, including making the necessary (minor) adjustments after the village’s final inspection. The quality of their work is unmatched. I have been very pleased with KSN Construction Contractors Inc. In fact I have been so pleased we have used their services for several projects. I originally had them remodel our kitchen, master bathroom and dining area and add a large deck to our home. One year later when we decided to remodel the entire home there was no question that we would use Leo’s team again. Our new home blended seamlessly with the kitchen and deck from their previous work and gave us an extremely comfortable place to live. After another year we again called Leo in for our latest project which was the addition of a sliding glass door along with a retaining wall and porch to allow easy outside access to the guest suite. Also we have KSN Construction to replace all windows on our home. They were respectful of the fact that, when I was at home, I work out of my home, worked on the schedule that was convenient for us, and actually cleaned-up every day before they left. The remodel they finished & I remained impressed through out the whole process, had the pleasure of working with Leo and his designer, both extremely professional & talented, they both stayed on top of the project until finish. They took our ideas and incorporated them into the design plans for our house, which turned out so beautiful. We have received so many compliments on our home from our family and friends and we look forward to coming home from work to a place we can rest and relax. We are very happy with every aspect of the project. We highly recommend KSN Construction Contractors Inc. for any remodeling project due to their professionalism, high quality craftsmanship, follow through, and solving of any issues that may occur during the remodeling process. Great service at a fair price.

KSN Construction did the remodel of a bathroom and exceeded our expectations. The demolition down to the studs was done quickly but with care to not spread debris in the home. The workmanship on he new drywall and tile installation was excellent. The crew was always timely and completed the project in an unbelievably great timeframe. Pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

KSN Construction did my kitchen remodeling project. Leo did everything from drawing up blueprint plans, finding the perfect cabinets, fixing my wood floors in the kitchen and finding the perfect granite for the countertops. I found Leo (KSN) super easy to work with and easy to be around during the entire project. The craftsmanship and the final product were excellent. I absolutely love my new kitchen. I will use KSN for any future remodeling needs.
